Graham is actively recruiting for an FP&A Business Partner supporting the Corporate Services division. Reporting to the Director, the FP&A Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the Corporate team.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Hands-on Finance Operations: Oversee and execute core finance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting cycles and forecasting efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to align financial plans with organizational goals
  • Corporate Services Allocations: Manage and optimize internal allocations, particularly around overhead and Corporate Services teams
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with directors, VPs, and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize tools like Power BI, Excel, and SAP to generate reports, analyze financial data, and present actionable recommendations

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA designation (or working toward) is an asset
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting or financial analysis roles
  • Software: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, ERP experience is an asset
