Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Laval, QC, for a Car Sales Specialist. The Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for consulting with customers on their vehicle needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing outstanding customer service, and managing automotive sales. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, offering suitable vehicle options, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring a smooth purchase process.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales experience
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
