Jordan's Home Furnishings in New Minas is currently seeking a Full time Service Coordinator with our growing company. This opportunity is a unique one, the successful candidate will fill the coordinator role short term while learning the "ins and outs" of our business and mentor under the Service Manager, transitioning to the position of Service Manager for our 3 locations. With a CAN-DO attitude and fantastic customer service skills, the opportunities are endless

  • administrative support to the Service Manager
  • administrative support in general, covering for the front desk, calling delivery appointments when needed
  • answering phone calls and assisting customer with concerns, or directing to the appropriate department
  • troubleshooting with customers to resolve product issues
  • working closely with the delivery team to overcome any obstacles
  • sending work orders to the appropriate technicians
  • greet customers and assist as needed
  • administrative work such as maintaining files and spreadsheets
  • basic office duties
  • following up with customers regarding open service calls
  • submitting claims to manufacturers for work preformed by technicians
  • other duties as assigned
  • willing to train the right person to join our team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000-$40,000 in the coordinator role, with the opportunity to grow into the Service Manager position.
