About the Role

We're looking for a forward-thinking Manager of Content & Discoverability who combines technical expertise with creative strategy to grow our brand's organic visibility, authority, and lead generation. You'll shape our search and answer ecosystem presence, optimizing for both traditional search engines (SEO) and emerging generative and conversational platforms (AEO/GEO).

Your mandate is to drive qualified traffic and high-intent leads from non-paid sources through exceptional optimization, insight-driven content planning, and data-backed performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Create detailed content briefs to guide writers and editors toward ranking, authority, and engagement goals.
  • Write compelling meta titles, meta descriptions, and structured data that improve CTR and answer engine visibility.
  • Conduct keyword, topic, and intent research using AI and analytics tools to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Optimize site architecture and internal linking to strengthen topical authority and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to ensure best-in-class on-page and technical performance.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement trends, identifying insights and testing opportunities to improve results across all our lines of business (cruise, luxury, tours, villas, and yachts).
  • Stay ahead of search evolution, from AI-generated search results to multi-modal discovery experiences, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in organic traffic (sessions and share of total visits)
  • Increase in qualified leads from non-paid channels
  • Improvement in organic CTR and keyword visibility across key categories
  • Authority and visibility in AI-driven search results (AEO/GEO impact)
  • Content production velocity and optimization quality (brief-to-live efficiency)

Who You Are

  • A strategic optimizer who understands how people discover, evaluate, and choose online.
  • Skilled at connecting SEO fundamentals with modern AI-driven search trends.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Excellent communicator able to brief, align, and collaborate across teams using PowerPoint as the medium.
  • Creative and curious, with a pulse on the evolving search landscape.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Content and SEO experience (AEO/GEO exposure preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in content, marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT/Perplexity, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Familiarity with schema markup, page experience signals, and content modeling.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for metadata, briefs, and strategic content direction.
  • Comfortable presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
