Location: This is a field-based role covering all of Western Canada. Candidates can live anywhere in BC or AB.

Why Join Us

When you join The Body Shop, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a global movement that believes business can be a force for good. As Regional Manager, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives
  • Generous product discounts
  • Career growth opportunities within an iconic, purpose-led brand

What You'll Do

Lead a multi-store region

  • Be a visible, field-based leader who spends meaningful time in stores, connecting with teams and customers and role-modelling our values, energy, and selling behaviours.
  • Work directly with the President to shape and execute the retail strategy for Western Canada, bringing forward insights, recommendations, and action plans from the field.

Drive Results and Grow the Business

  • Own regional performance, using sales, labour, and KPI data to spot trends, opportunities, and risks, and to build focused action plans that grow traffic, conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and profitability.
  • Hold DSTMs and Store Managers accountable for delivering results, providing clear expectations, regular performance reviews, and support to remove barriers.
  • Manager key operational and financial levers (payroll, controllable expenses, inventory and shrink) to protect company assets and support sustainable growth.

Train, develop and Lead Through Others

  • Lead and develop your DSTM team as strong business owners, people leaders, and culture carriers, ensuring they are equipped to lead their districts effectively.
  • Design, initiate, and execute training and development programs for DSTMs and Store Managers across the region, with a focus on sales behaviours, service standards, and leadership capability.
  • Build robust succession plans by identifying high-potential talent, creating development pathways and preparing future leaders for advancement within The Body Shop Canada.

Champion Operational Excellence and Brand Standards

  • Ensure all stores in your region consistently meet or exceed company standards for visual merchandising, brand presentation, operational compliance, and health and safety.
  • Lead the regional execution of events, campaigns, and promotions, ensuring they are launched on time, on brand, and in a way that maximizes sales and customer engagement.
  • Uphold and champion The Body Shop's ethical, sustainability, and purpose-led standards so that every store reflects who we are in how it looks, feels, and operates.

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Partner with HR to address employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure your stores and DSTMs have the support, tools, and information they need to execute.
  • Represent the Western region in discussions with senior leadership, sharing what is working, where support is needed, and ideas to continually improve the business.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of multi-store retail leadership experience (Senior District Manager, Regional Manager, or similar), leading leaders across multiple locations.
  • A strong results-oriented leader with a proven track record of delivering sales, KPIs, and profit while growing and engaging your teams.
  • Skilled at coaching, feedback, and performance management, with experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience designing and rolling out training or development programs across multiple stores or districts, and ensuring they are embedded in day-to-day operations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, comfortable working with sales, labour, and Profit and Loss data to made decisions and set clear priorities.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder who can influence at all levels and work closely and effectively with the President and cross-functional partners.
  • Highly organized and effective at managing multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, continuously evolving retail environment.
  • Flexible and able to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs, bringing forward solutions and adapting strategies as required.
  • A hands‑on, engaged leadership approach, with a willingness to be in stores and support field teams directly.
  • Able and willing to travel extensively across Western Canada, including frequent overnight stays; you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
