Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Technical Sales Support Engineer based in Sudbury, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing technical support and consulting services to clients, assisting with technical sales operations, and supporting the design and delivery of energy-efficient Indoor Air Quality solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are successfully executed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support
  • Experience in Technical Support and Sales Operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems or Indoor Air Quality solutions is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Control Systems, or related field
  • Familiarity with energy-efficient solutions and the ability to guide clients toward sustainable practices
