You will ensure recordings meet technical and creative standards, maintain consistency across assets, and oversee editing, mastering, and delivery.
You will also contribute to the broader audio vision by designing sound, implementing content in our runtime systems, and helping define workflows and best practices. You'll be responsible for identifying risks, communicating status, and delivering features that meet performance, quality, and schedule expectations.
You will collaborate frequently with audio, gameplay, production, and engineering partners. You will help keep the project aligned with the Audio Target, provide feedback on creative design, and influence the direction of audio features within your domain.
Who You AreYou are an audio professional with strong recording engineering, sound design, and technical implementation skills. You thrive in both studio and remote recording environments, understand microphone techniques and session workflow, and can confidently direct talent. You enjoy crafting compelling audio, solving problems, and working collaboratively. You are proactive, communicative, and comfortable owning a feature from concept through final delivery. You value consistency, organization, and delivering high-quality assets that enhance the player experience.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and engineer talent recording sessions (studio & Source-Connect).
- Edit, master, and prepare assets, ensuring consistency, naming accuracy, and technical readiness.

- Provide estimates and contribute to backlog planning.
- Mentor junior audio staff within your specialty and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- 3+ years of professional audio production experience; 5+ years game audio experience.
- Proven experience recording talent (VO, ADR, or narration) using Source-Connect, with strong troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth remote sessions.
- Proficient in studio engineering, mic technique, editing, and mastering.
