Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for individuals who are willing learn a new trade and will support our Window Installers, Box Liner department and Tint Specialists
• Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass and accessories.
• Perform basic automotive tasks such as glass preparation, cleaning, and inspection.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques as part of your ongoing training.

What We're Looking For:

• No experience necessary — training provided. Higher starting wage available for candidates with relevant experience
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in automotive or technical roles is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
