Coffee Shop Lead / Supervisor
Full-Time We are looking for a positive, reliable, and hands-on full time Coffee Shop Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our café and help create a welcoming experience for all guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and naturally takes the lead in supporting a team.Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a clean, organized workspace
- Lead by example with a friendly, professional attitude
- Coach, guide, and support staff during shifts
- Open and/or close the café as scheduled, following proper procedures
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and training new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and car
- Must have previous experience as a lead in a café, coffee shop or food service establishment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Food Safety / ProServe certification
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys helping others succeed
- A strong sense of ownership and reliability
- A passion for great service and creating a warm, welcoming environment
