We are looking for a positive, reliable, and hands-on full time Coffee Shop Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our café and help create a welcoming experience for all guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and naturally takes the lead in supporting a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and a clean, organized workspace
  • Lead by example with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Coach, guide, and support staff during shifts
  • Open and/or close the café as scheduled, following proper procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and training new team members
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and overall presentation
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and car

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a lead in a café, coffee shop or food service establishment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting
  • Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Food Safety / ProServe certification
