In this role, you'll gain hands-on consulting experience, contribute to high-impact engagements, and learn directly from experienced consultants and senior leaders. Working from our Victoria office, you'll help deliver meaningful change for clients across the public, non-profit, and private sectors—combining analytical rigour with a people-first, facilitative approach. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Support:
- Support Senior Consultants and Engagement Leads in preparing for client meetings and workshops
- Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing key decisions, actions, and follow-ups
- Assist with client communication and coordination
- Take on increasing responsibility in facilitating components of client meetings and activities
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support client projects
- Organize and analyze data sets, identify patterns and insights, and synthesize findings for client deliverables
- Develop process maps, diagnostic assessments, benchmarking analyses, and industry/markets scans
Project Coordination:
- Help manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings
- Support project management activities on larger engagements
Deliverable Development
- Draft reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
- Create clear visuals to communicate complex information
- Ensure documents meet firm standards for clarity, structure, and quality
Operational and Administrative Support
- Coordinate logistics for client activities
- Prepare status updates, weekly reports, and project trackers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on day-to-day project and operational tasks
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting methods, templates, and lessons learned
- Support firm leadership in coordination of general administrative tasks
Business Development and Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing proposals
- Support marketing and outreach
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting information clearly
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams), including breakout rooms, screen sharing, and troubleshooting
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
- Eligible to work in Canada and obtain federal government security clearance
Preferred Attributes
- Graduate degree in Business such as an MBA or master's in management
- Exposure to consulting environments through co-ops, internships, case competitions, or coursework
- Experience with the public sector
- Proficiency in Miro and Qualtrics
- French working proficiency
Role Details
- Title: Analyst

- Travel Requirements: Some travel within Canada required
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 CAD; reviewed annually with performance-based incentives
- Vacation: 2-3 weeks paid vacation annually
- Benefits: Health, disability, and life insurance; support toward the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, including course fees, dues, and exam cost
