The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll work closely with Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish — ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
  • Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation
  • Organize and attend project meetings; record and distribute minutes
  • Ensure all required permits, inspections, and compliance documents are in place
  • Monitor project progress and report on schedule, budget, and materials
  • Collaborate with procurement on material orders and deliveries
  • Assist with cost tracking, invoicing, and progress billing
  • Prepare project closeout documentation (manuals, warranties, deficiency lists)
  • Support and promote OH&S compliance across all project activities

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3+ years in a construction coordination or project support role
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam (an asset)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management software
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction practices
  • First Aid, CSTS, or WHMIS certification
