About the Role

Katig Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join a leading organization in the reproductive health sector. This role plays a central part in financial planning and analysis, reporting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

You will oversee key financial cycles—including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks—while improving reporting processes, analyzing performance, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. This position requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

  • Improve the monthly and quarterly reporting process and enhance reporting content.
  • Analyze current accounting procedures, recommend improvements, and support implementation.
  • Conduct variance analyses of budgets, revenues, expenses, and operational performance.
  • Provide clear interpretations, insights, and actionable recommendations to business partners.
  • Develop and manage rolling forecasts to optimize resource utilization.
  • Prepare timely and accurate operational and financial reports for key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and consolidation of monthly budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform timely month-end close activities and ensure accurate accruals.
  • Prepare complete and accurate financial statements and corporate expenditure reports.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and operations.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and financial analyses.
  • Lead and monitor procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards and GAAP requirements.
  • Support treasury procedures, cashflow forecasting, and monitoring.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations including inventory, accounts, and bank statements.
  • Assist with patient billing and collections when required.
  • Prepare financial reports including monthly P&L variance analyses.
  • Support external audit requirements and assist with documentation.
  • Participate in internal control evaluations and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable financial records at all times.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company-related events.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or professional accreditation (CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, supporting non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filters) and solid skills in Word, Outlook, and online meeting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of P&L structure and financial statements.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and fact-based analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
