We currently have an opportunity for a Pursuits Coordinator to join National Pursuits Team. The Pursuits Coordinator provides 50% support to the National Proposal Team and 50% administrative support to the National Preconstruction Team, ensuring smooth coordination between pursuit efforts, preconstruction planning, and business operations. This hybrid position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to grow within a dynamic national construction organization.  Duties and Responsibilities: Proposal Team Support (50%)  Assist with proposal production, formatting, editing, and submission logistics for RFQs and RFPs.  Maintain pursuit databases, resumes, and project sheets.  Support proposal scheduling, coordination meetings, and document version control.  Preconstruction Team Support (50%)  Provide administrative assistance to the National Preconstruction Lead and team, including scheduling, meeting notes, and report preparation.  Support documentation tracking for estimates, design-assist deliverables, and pursuit handoffs.  Assist in data organization, SharePoint updates, and resource tracking.  Qualifications and Job Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or marketing role.  Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign experience an asset.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Team player with a proactive approach and interest in learning about proposal and preconstruction processes.  Bilingualism is an asset We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
