Regional Process Group Director Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard [Region NA]

Purpose of position:

  • The Regional Process Group Director oversees all product groups within the Process Group Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard in the Region.
  • The goal is to manage the entire business of Paper Service Products for Mechanical Pulping and Panelboard lines.
  • The Regional Process Group Director maintains the profitability and growth of the Product Groups and works to increase the market share.
  • The Regional Process Group Director ensures that ANDRITZ is recognized as a comprehensive supplier in the TMP area and Panelboard lines.

Key goals

  • Regional order intake & sales targets
  • Regional P&L responsibility
  • Regional Process Group OPEX-Management
  • Regional Budget & MTP
  • Strategic planning and development of customers in the Region as a full line supplier.
  • Local Marketing (fairs, etc.) activities and customer events or customer technology training.
  • Coordination of utilization of Service Centers in the region
  • Focus on process technology with link to PAD solutions and possible cooperations.

Operational responsibilities

  • Development of products and/or customer specific forecasts, budgets and cost controlling together with the Product groups
  • Value add selling & development of customized business models incl. possible cooperations
  • Ensure market coverage
  • Compliance with sales processes and tools (CRM)
  • First contact for Capital Projects & CKAM activities
  • Competitor & market information sharing with global PGs
  • Align Installed Base maintenance with Sales and RPM's
  • Market potential evaluation
  • Coordination of bigger project activities including negotiations and customer communication in alignment with RPM's.

Organization and reporting

  • Reports directly to Global Process Group Manager Mechanical Pulping & Panelboard as well as the Regional Manager in the Matrix
