We're a growing company specializing in apparel made with advanced textiles. Our team is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented individual to join our production floor and help us prepare high-quality materials for garment manufacturing.

Role Overview

This position focuses on fabric cutting, quality inspection, and packaging. You'll play a key role in preparing materials, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining product quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut fabrics accurately according to patterns and production requirements
  • Inspect materials and finished components for accuracy, defects, and overall quality
  • Prepare and package cut materials for production or shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

Qualifications

  • Experience in fabric cutting or textile production (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliability, good time management, and consistency in workflow
