Lot Attendant — Driven Auto Group (Newmarket, ON)

Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, energetic, and driven Lot Attendant to support our sales and service operations. This role is essential to keeping our dealership organized, presentable, and running efficiently.

If you take initiative, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times
  • Move vehicles around the lot, showroom, and service area as required
  • Assist with vehicle staging for photos, videos, and advertising
  • Inspect vehicles upon arrival and report any damage or concerns
  • Ensure keys are properly logged, stored, and managed
  • Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals, customer test drives, and deliveries
  • Act as a liaison for the sales department by assisting with day-to-day operational needs
  • Complete basic lot duties such as snow removal, garbage disposal, battery boosts, etc.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Strong multitasking skills — you're comfortable juggling many priorities
  • A dependable team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous dealership or automotive lot experience is an asset, but not required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
