Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, energetic, and driven **Lot Attendant** to support our sales and service operations. This role is essential to keeping our dealership organized, presentable, and running efficiently.

If you take initiative, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts — this role is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times

- Move vehicles around the lot, showroom, and service area as required

- Assist with vehicle staging for photos, videos, and advertising

- Inspect vehicles upon arrival and report any damage or concerns

- Ensure keys are properly logged, stored, and managed

- Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals, customer test drives, and deliveries

- Act as a liaison for the sales department by assisting with day-to-day operational needs

- Complete basic lot duties such as snow removal, garbage disposal, battery boosts, etc.

- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do

- Strong multitasking skills — you’re comfortable juggling many priorities

- A dependable team player with a positive attitude

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset

- Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Previous dealership or automotive lot experience is **an asset**, but not required

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
