We are looking for a high-performing
Enterprise AE
to drive growth and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to our top-tier clients. This is a role for a resilient, results-driven professional who excels in high-growth startup environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Enterprise Expertise:
    Minimum 5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals specifically at the
    Enterprise level
    (Mid-Market experience alone is not sufficient).
  • Startup DNA:
    You have a background in fast-paced startup environments and a history of hitting or exceeding ambitious quotas.
  • Strategic Prospecting:
    You are an expert at hunting for new business and building a robust pipeline in highly competitive markets.
  • C-Suite Navigation:
    You can confidently manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with executive leadership.
  • Soft Skills:
    You possess strong executive presence, impeccable organization, and a collaborative "team-first" mentality.
  • Bonus Points:
    Knowledge of
    Generative AI
    or
    customer service automation
    is a significant advantage.
  • Mobility:
    Willingness to travel for face-to-face client engagements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales:
    Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing.
  • Expansion & Retention:
    Identify and secure upsell opportunities within the current client base.
  • Pipeline Strategy:
    Partner with SDRs to generate new business and develop a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Forecasting:
    Provide leadership with precise quarterly sales projections.
  • Product Advocacy:
    Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver high-impact demos and articulate the brand's value to C-level stakeholders.
