Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and design for Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementations across Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, and Revenue processes
- Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutioning including pricing, product configuration, approvals, renewals, amendments, and billing integrations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work with business stakeholders independently
- Conduct technical design reviews, data models, and integration strategies (ERP, billing, tax, provisioning systems)
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to development teams
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, demos, estimations, and RFP responses
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies in the domain
What you bring to be successful
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in an Architect role.
- Broad experience across multiple Salesforce products (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience) with depth of expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration & customization, Revenue Cloud architecture and Quote-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience designing complex pricing models, bundles, and approval workflows
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and security model
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Experience managing challenging interactions with customers or other stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- A passion for technology and continuous growth
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud certifications, or any other consulting family of Certifications) are highly desirable. An architect certificate (or working towards it) is a plus
