THE OPPORTUNITY

The Peace River territory is large, underserved, and has limited direct competition for commercial furniture. This creates a significant opportunity for the right sales professional to build a strong, long-term book of business.

This opportunity rewards ownership and effort — not passivity. Success comes from consistent outreach, disciplined follow-up, strong account management, and community presence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for acquiring new accounts and managing existing relationships throughout the Peace River region. You act as the primary contact for your clients and work closely with internal design, purchasing, and installation teams to deliver exceptional service from first conversation through installation and after-sales support.

This is not a sit-and-wait sales role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, qualify, and develop mid-market accounts
  • Proactively manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Design workspaces with wellness, ergonomics, safety, and functionality in mind (training provided)
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations
  • Monitor installations and assist when required
  • Provide after-sales support, including warranty coordination
  • Build referral relationships with contractors and community partners
  • Represent Kit Office Plus at networking and Chamber events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

You will be measured on both activity and results, including:

- Consistent daily outbound activity

- Client meetings and ergonomic snapshot evaluations

- New account acquisition and account retention

- Monthly sales targets and pipeline health

- Customer satisfaction through projects completed properly

90-DAY SUCCESS EXPECTATIONS

First 30 Days:

- Product and ergonomics training

- CRM proficiency

- Ride-alongs and installations

- Territory familiarization

Days 31–60:

- Independent outreach

- Active pipeline development

- First ergonomic snapshots

- Community presence

Days 61–90:

- Consistent activity rhythm

- New accounts acquired

- Repeat follow-ups underway

- Clear ownership of territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
