Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our production team. This position focuses on the assembly of fresh air dampers and related components. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hand tools, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing high-quality products in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble dampers and components according to production specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and production jigs as required
  • Measure, cut, and fit parts with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Inspect assembled parts for quality assurance and conformance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all health and safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is an asset
  • Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and work orders
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Experience soldering an asset
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Manufacturing environment – standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
  • PPE provided and required
