We are committed to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our skilled team.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Experience with using hand and power tools for cutting and shaping wood.
  • Knowledge of different types of wood and their properties.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
  • Cut, assemble, and finish cabinets and other millwork using woodworking tools and machinery
  • Install cabinetry and millwork on-site with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Measure and mark materials for cuts and assembly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner
  • Load, transport, and unload materials and cabinetry safely

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cabinet making and installation (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of woodworking tools, machines, and techniques
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on-site when required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with both residential and commercial installations
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of different wood species and finishes
