About the role
Are you a Co-op Student looking to kickstart your accounting career in January 2026? We are recruiting for dynamic, bright, & client-service oriented individuals to join our Private Enterprise and Public Company Audit teams to work from our Vancouver office.
Our training and mentorship programs are built so that you as a student can always count on us to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in your upcoming CPA journey. We know that just because you work with numbers doesn't mean you want to be treated like one. We strongly encourage collaboration, diverse ideas and allow our students to take ownership of their learning. How you'll make a difference
We are recruiting for dynamic, bright, client-service oriented individuals to join DMCL to:
- Prepare tax returns, working papers, and various other accounting assignments to help our clients manage their personal and professional finances;
- Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain necessary information to deliver our services and strengthen our relationships;
- Contribute to the DMCL culture through teamwork, innovation and engagement.

Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution pursuing an undergraduate degree with an emphasis on accounting;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service;
- Detail oriented individual with superior organizational and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, and working knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
