Summary

Are you skilled in building renovations and looking to join a team that takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a reliable, experienced worker to join our property maintenance team. We manage 7 buildings, and we need someone who can complete real, hands-on work — not just supervise others.

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals or crews with experience in:

  • General Building Renovations
  • Plumbing Installation & Repairs
  • Mold, Lead, and Asbestos Abatement
  • Water & Fire Damage Restoration

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in construction, renovations, or specialized trades (plumbing, abatement, restoration)
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Certifications in plumbing or abatement are a plus
  • Comfortable using tablets for digital tracking and reporting through maintenance software

Who We're Looking For:

  • Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs
  • Abatement experience (mold, asbestos, restoration work)
  • Able to work independently, manage time, and complete tasks
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in a variety of trades
