Role: Product Manger Industry: Traveltech Type: Fulltime Location: TorontoEnvironment: Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite) Position Summary As a Product Manager, you will lead the product vision and strategy for a cutting-edge travel technology platform, owning a specific domain or product area predominantly in B2B SaaS. You'll drive initiatives that balance user-centric design with advanced technology to improve the end-to-end travel experience. This role calls for strong strategic thinking and consistent execution, aligning business goals with customer needs. You will guide cross-functional collaboration and ensure high-quality delivery of innovative platform capabilities. What you will do/lead: Product StrategySupport the development and execution of a clear product vision and strategy for itineraries (templated and user-generated) within the platform. Roadmap Planning Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the designated domain, defining key features and initiatives on the platform. Prioritize work based on impact, market opportunity, customer needs, and delivery constraints. Product Requirements Produce product briefs and detailed requirements. Translate requirements into epics and user stories for development teams. Product Delivery Oversee execution with Development, UX, QA, and Delivery partners to ensure timely delivery against agreed scope and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to shape and enable go-to-market plans for your product area. Performance Metrics Define and monitor key success measures (OKRs/KPIs) to evaluate product performance and inform iteration. Stakeholder Communication Maintain transparent, ongoing communication with internal leaders and external travel vendors/partners. Risk Assessment Identify risks and challenges in platform development and propose practical mitigation plans. Contribute to new or improved product management processes and knowledge-base documentation to standardize ways of working. RequirementsWhat You Bring:Bachelor'S Degree In A Relevant Field (E.G., Business, Technology, Hospitality, Travel Management, Or Similar).Experience In The Travel Industry Or Building B2b Platform Tools Is A Must5 Years Of Product Management Experience, Ideally In Travel Tech, Hospitality, Retail, And/Or E-Commerce. Additional Certifications In Product Management Or Travel Technology Are An Asset.
