Vos responsabilités

  • Surveiller et soutenir les activités quotidiennes.
  • Respecter les normes procédurales documentées.
  • Assumer la responsabilité des tâches clés selon les SLA et processus ITIL.
  • Escalader rapidement les problèmes non résolus.
  • Offrir un service client professionnel avec un fort sens du service.
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité dans les horaires pour répondre aux besoins de l'équipe.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des procédures sans introduire de risques.
  • Maintenir et partager la base de connaissances avec l'équipe.
  • Analyser les incidents à l'aide des connaissances métier et applicatives; préparer les rapports pour les transferts de quart.
  • Résoudre efficacement les demandes et requêtes des utilisateurs.
  • Identifier, suivre, rapporter et résoudre les problèmes dans les délais.
  • Fournir un support de niveau 1 et 2, analyser les problèmes complexes et proposer des solutions ou contournements.
  • Comprendre les concepts de base de données et fournir des extractions si nécessaire.
  • Participer au support des applications (fonctionnel et technique).
  • Suivre attentivement les alertes et tableaux de bord.
  • Assurer une communication, un reporting et une escalade clairs.
  • Respecter rigoureusement les politiques et procédures de gouvernance IT, y compris la gestion des incidents.

Exigences

  • 7+ années d'expérience comme APS technique.
  • Solide expérience en IA et outils de machine learning.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Python.
  • Expérience pratique avec Dynatrace (obligatoire).
  • Connaissance d'ITIL et de la gestion des incidents.
  • Bonne compréhension des infrastructures globales, pare-feu et réseaux.
  • Expérience avec des outils ETL dans des environnements à grande échelle et intensifs en données.
  • Maîtrise de Unix/Linux et scripting shell (Korn/Bash préféré).
  • Connaissance de SQL Server et bases NoSQL.
