Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases
  • Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
  • Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
  • Provide product demos and upsell additional items to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is well-presented
  • Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Uphold phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or assisting customers remotely
  • Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions
  • Customer service experience with a focus on sales and upselling techniques
  • Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and product demos
  • Ability to handle cash handling responsibly and accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and organizational skills for multitasking effectively
  • Experience in technical sales or technology-related product demonstrations is advantageous
