The Opportunity

• Collects authorized timesheets and modified work agreements
• Calculates leave, overtime, pay and benefit entitlements using information management systems
• Prepares and verifies statement of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions, such as payroll tax withholdings, insurance and pension plan payments
• Verify and complete government remittances

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Post-secondary diploma in accounting or a related field
• Canadian Payroll Association Certification (Payroll Compliance Practitioner or Certified Payroll Manager) an asset
• Three (3) to Five (5) payroll experience

Wage Range:
The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
