Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Clerk located in Abbotsford, BC. The Parts Clerk will handle shipping and receiving of parts, manage inventory systems, ensure accurate documentation, and support technicians with required materials. The role also includes providing excellent customer service and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding parts availability and supply. Safe and efficient operation of equipment, such as forklifts, will be an essential part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling, tracking, and documenting inventory.
  • Strong skills in inventory control and ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills for working with team members and vendors.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and managing safe handling of materials.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage and maintain records.
  • Basic computer proficiency to utilize inventory management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an operational environment is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or parts department is considered a strong advantage.
