About the Role:
The Training Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving large-scale training programs. This includes supporting ongoing development and driving operational excellence through both in-person and virtual training formats.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute the Franchisee Training Program
Deliver and facilitate the approved Franchisee Training Program. Ensure new franchisees gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to operate in compliance with brand standards and achieve operational excellence.

Execute On-Going Training Programs & Facilitate High-Impact Workshops:
Plan, coordinate, and expertly facilitate dynamic training experiences for new and existing franchisees. Lead engaging, interactive workshops that build confidence and capability in core areas such as leadership development, operational execution, and strategies to improve restaurant profitability. Deliver sessions that not only reinforce brand standards but also create an energizing, memorable learning environment where franchisees practice real-world skills, participate in guided discussions, role-plays, and scenario-based activities, and leave feeling fully prepared, inspired, and connected to the brand.

Enhance and Maintain Training Resources and Materials:
Collaborate with the training team to develop, update, and refine instructional content, job aids, and learning materials that support training programs. Maintain and manage content within the brand's Learning Management System, ensuring all resources are aligned with current brand standards, operational procedures, and adult learning best practices.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 2+ years prior experience in: Training Facilitation / Restaurant Operations.
  • Must be open to travel for work.
  • Bachelors preferred in Business/Education related.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in both English and French.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs across locations.
