Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate and efficient data management across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience working with databases and ERP systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined operations within a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain data within company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
  • Perform data collection from various sources and ensure completeness of information.
  • Manage and organize electronic and physical files through proper filing procedures.
  • Assist with data verification processes to ensure integrity and consistency.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, and filing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with standard office software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data quality.
  • Prior clerical experience involving filing, data collection, or similar tasks is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions through precise data management and organizational support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
