Job Description

  • Work under the general direction of the Financial Services Officer.
  • Perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and general office duties.
  • Prepare, complete, and check various accounting documents and reports required for the area office.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Perform receptionist duties and filing.
  • Assist clients with various permits and inquiries.
  • Process payments from clients.
  • Assist the Area Manager.
  • Maintain documents related to safety, training, and operations.
  • Coordinate meetings and staff training, including scheduling, location, attendees, minutes, and agenda preparation.
  • Two staff members will be on STI during this time.

Responsibilities
