**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Northern Zone A&F C3 Manager, the Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties essential to ensure efficient patient flow in the NZ C3 Department, 365 days a year. The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk supports the admission, bed allocation, discharge, and transfer process in collaboration with the Patient Flow Managers/Leaders. This role is critical in ensuring that C3 runs efficiently and help facilitate others to perform their duties effectively. The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerks must be able to accurately perform their duties in an emotionally charged, high-pressure, high-volume workplace.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- 1 year medical office assistant program plus 1 year experience or 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience using Meditech preferred
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency with computers
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**A skills test may be included as part of the selection process

**Hours**:

- Permanent, Full-time (100%) position; 70 hours bi-weekly
- Shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$24.69 - $27.53 Hourly
