Mission

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Manager to join our organisation and partnership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling the sales team in a brand new office of their choice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Promote open sales positions through platforms like Indeed and others; manage the recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new sales representatives.
  • Lead daily meetings to communicate critical updates from partners, such as new offers or process changes.
  • Ensure high sales quality by maintaining top-level KPI performance and minimizing complaints and infractions.
  • Support business expansion by mentoring team members into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and assisting in the opening of new offices.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiation
  • Field Sales experience
  • Managing and coaching a sales teams in the field.
  • Experience in hiring procress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in technology sales ( Sales force)
