Through our innovative products and our engaged community, we are empowering people everywhere to be unapologetically free.  Launched in 2013, we are one of the fastest-growing intimate apparel brands in North America and are globally recognized as an innovator within the apparel space.  We reach over 3 million customers through our online stores, Knix retail locations across North America and channels such as wholesale and Amazon.  We are revolutionizing the apparel industry with our best-in-class customer experience, innovative products and brands Knix and Kt by Knix.  Come join us if you are looking for a purpose-driven and authentic career

Knix is looking for a highly organized and community-driven Partnerships & Community Coordinator to support both Knix and our little sister brand, Kt by Knix. In this role, you will help execute paid partnership campaigns and build out our growing creator and community programs.

You'll be part of a team that bridges performance and community – driving ROAS through creator partnerships while nurturing authentic relationships through UGC and creator programs. If you're equal parts organized, people-oriented, and excited to represent the brand both online and IRL, this role is for you.

About You
  • You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail and can juggle multiple priorities across two brands.
  • You're a natural communicator who loves building and maintaining relationships.
  • You're confident in public-facing interactions, whether engaging with creators online or representing the brand at events.
  • You're passionate about influencer marketing, social trends, and community building.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and bring a proactive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of paid creator and influencer partnerships across Knix and Kt by Knix, including outreach, contracting, content tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized campaign calendars, deliverables, and performance trackers.
  • Partner with the Paid Media team to align creator content with performance goals such as ROAS, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support monthly recaps and insights on creator performance and campaign learnings.
  • Help manage the UGC Creator Programs (formerly the Ambassador Program) including recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating content and community moments with creators.
  • Curate and organize UGC for use across organic and paid channels.
  • Engage directly with community channels, activating creators for events, sharing invites, and supporting community-led content opportunities.
  • Represent the brand IRL at events, workshops, and activations as a community leader and brand ambassador.
  • Keep internal tools including trackers, calendars, and databases updated across both brands.
  • Coordinate creator communication, gifting, and campaign follow-ups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Retail, and Paid teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Support day-to-day campaign operations with strong attention to detail, structure, and process.
Qualifications
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media, community management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two fast-moving brands.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort being public-facing.
  • Familiarity with creator trends, social platforms, and UGC best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong cross-functional relationships.
