Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support enterprise-level social media initiatives across major digital platforms. This role focuses on organic and paid social strategy, content execution, performance measurement, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organic and paid social media strategies
  • Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies
  • Publish and optimize content across multiple platforms
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights
  • Support live social media events and real-time engagement

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media management experience
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms
  • Experience using Sprinklr, HootSuite, or Sprout Social
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French/English
