Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join a leading aerospace technology company. As the Lead Full Stack Software Developer, you will architect and build enterprise-grade client-facing software, driving design, development, integration, and testing while ensuring performance and maintainability. You'll lead planning and design efforts, champion best practices, and propose innovative concepts and architectures to advance solutions. Collaboration is central to the role, as you'll work with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and specifications. Additionally, you'll mentor and inspire developers, fostering skill growth and guiding methodologies, while spearheading initiatives to evolve the software development lifecycle, tools, and practices. This role is 5x week onsite in Ottawa, ON.
