L'objectif principal du rôle d'enquêteur de conformité est de superviser les règlementations sur la conduite des marchés, les règlements proposés et l'activité de l'effectif de vente pour s'assurer que les systèmes de marketing de la Compagnie et les pratiques des représentants des ventes respectent les règlementations de chaque province.

Ce rôle traitera toutes les plaintes en lien avec les représentants par le biais d'enquêtes, le cas échéant, inspectera/vérifiera les pratiques de vente des représentants, alertera les dirigeants de la compagnie et formulera des recommandations lorsque les règlementations ou règlements actuels ou proposés pourraient nécessiter que certains changements soient apportés au système de marketing de la compagnie ou que l'activité de l'effectif de vente ne respecterait pas les diverses règles de l'industrie ou de la compagnie.

LE POSTE :

C'est un poste permanent à temps plein sous la supervision du v.-p. adjoint de la conformité comprenant un ensemble complet et compétitif de rémunération et de récompenses. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui assumera les responsabilités clés suivantes :

  • Enquêter sur toutes les plaintes en lien avec les représentants.
  • Surveiller et enquêter sur les situations de signal d'alarme potentiel lié aux représentants, ce qui inclut les violations des règles de souscription de la compagnie, des règles de conduite professionnelle et les violations majeures des règles.
  • Aider les conseillers juridiques internes et externes sur les questions juridiques en lien avec les agents.
  • Coordination des enquêtes sur les cas de concurrence déloyale.
  • Inspecter les pratiques de vente des représentants sur la route.
  • Communiquer avec des organismes externes, tels les organismes de règlementation provinciaux.
  • Participer ou diriger des projets spéciaux, des initiatives, des examens, des audits, etc.

The key objective of the Compliance Investigator is to monitor Market Conduct regulations, proposed regulations, and sales force activity to ensure Company marketing systems and sales representatives practices are in compliance with regulations in every Province.

This role will handle all agent-related complaints through investigations when required, inspect/audit agents' sales practices, alert Company executives and make recommendations when current or proposed regulations may require some changes in Company marketing systems or sales force activity may not be in compliance with the various industry or Company rules.

THE ROLE:

This role is a full-time permanent role reporting to the AVP, Compliance with a competitive total rewards and compensation package. We are seeking someone who will take ownership for the following key responsibilities:

  • Investigate all agent-related complaints.
  • Monitor and investigate any agent potential red flag situations, which include violations of Company's Underwriting Rules, Business Conduct Rules and Major Violations Rules.
  • Assist internal and external legal counsels on any agent-related legal issues.
  • Coordination of investigations into unfair competitive matters.
  • Inspect field agent sales practices.
  • Correspond with outside organizations, such as provincial insurance regulators.
  • Participate or lead special projects, initiatives, reviews, audits, etc.
