Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
  • Assist with merchandising displays to attract customer attention
  • Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts
  • Keep the sales floor organized and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently (technology sales experience is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence
  • Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous
