Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness in residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires effective communication with both team members and clients, as well as the ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining quality.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and client expectations.
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding cleaning services.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff members.
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, including laundry, cooking, and general housekeeping duties.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order within the team and work processes.
  • Experience in laundry services and cooking is desirable.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs promptly.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate clear interactions among team members and clients.
