Job Overview

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and client expectations.
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding cleaning services.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff members.
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, including laundry, cooking, and general housekeeping duties.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
