Due to growth, we are looking to hire a Condominium Superintendent (Live-Out)to join our team and would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking supply inventory to the Property Manager as required
  • Conduct daily inspections, monthly inspections, and maintain records of the HVAC Systems
  • Perform minor preventative maintenance on the HVAC system of the building
  • Perform light handyman work such as minor plumbing, and painting
  • Oversee trades on site and assist with access to third-party service providers
  • Ensure that building entrances and walkways are clear of snow and ice during the winter season
  • Maintain lighting throughout the building such as bulb replacement and ensure that an appropriate inventory of lights is always kept in stock
  • Conduct monthly inspections and maintain records of the Fire & Life Safety Systems and ensure all equipment and systems are operated in a safe and efficient manner and are in compliance with all applicable government codes and regulations
  • Perform checks of mechanical room
  • Daily meeting with Property Manager
  • Respond to owner and Management Team requests
  • Attend and assist with after-hour emergency calls
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in fan coils is a must. Includes basic knowledge, leak checks, filter changes and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in high-rise condominiums is a must
  • Strong customer service experience with residents is essential
  • Proficiency with email and condo management software
  • Must familiar with emergency procedures ( fire and water leaks)
  • Excellent interpersonal, phone and customer service skills – Proficient in written and spoken English
