Sonic Wash has an exciting opportunity available for full time Customer Service Associates / Car Wash Attendants. This position involves frequent interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include:

  • engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services
  • processing store transactions and cash handling
  • store inventory
  • basic food prep (frozen yogurt and toppings)
  • cleaning and organizing
  • assisting customers in the store, in the indoor wash bays and outside in the vacuum areas
  • pressure washing wash bays and general site upkeep
  • directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor

Our requirements:

  • capacity to communicate with customers effectively in person or on the telephone
  • address and resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner
  • maintain a calm, professional, friendly demeanor under periods of stress
  • consistency with attendance and punctuality
  • motivation and eagerness to learn
  • capability to work independently and seek out assistance as required
  • team player with a can-do attitude
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • reliability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
