  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify top talent and emerging leadership trends.
  • Manage multiple searches and priorities with independence, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Use diverse sourcing methods — from social platforms to professional networks — to uncover outstanding candidates.
  • Contribute to building inclusive and diverse candidate slates that reflect our commitment to equity and belonging.
  • Produce clear, well-organized reports and maintain accurate records within our search database.
  • Represent Phelps at networking events and industry forums, building both your own and the firm's presence.

What you'll bring

  • A collaborative mindset with high personal accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and databases for research and outreach
