Job description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a cash register, verifying ID on age restricted sales, dealing with customers on a regular basis, receiving orders and stocking. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail environments, quick decision-making skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Previous customer service experience, ability to communicate with all staff and customers in a professional and friendly manner and creates a positive working environment.

Ability to multitask in a busy work environment and work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.

Stocking can consist of repetitive lifting, carrying boxes up to and may exceed 30lbs. Pushing carts of products to restock shelves and any other duties related to the restocking of the business.

Store hours are 6am to midnight 7 days a week 365 days a year, looking for applicants able to work all shifts, 6am-3pm and 3pm-12am and any other shifts as required by the business.

Availability on weekends and all holidays is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service quickly and efficiently.
  • Interact with customers and coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Answer customers' questions about products and offering suggestions to help them find what they are looking for.
  • Receiving orders, stocking, can consist of lifting/carrying up to 30lbs
  • Daily store maintenance and cleaning inside and outside(e.g. sweeping/mopping, garbages, washrooms etc)
  • Full Service gas attendant duties when required

Current criminal record check required.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the location starting from 5:45am to midnight as required, 7 days a week. Public transportation is not always available during these times.

Salary: From $15.85 per hour
