Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Content Processing Technician based in Kelowna, BC, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The primary responsibilities include conducting content restoration and processing tasks, following quality control and sterilization protocols, and ensuring adherence to standardized procedures. The technician will be trained to use industry tools and methods and is expected to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Supporting the team with timely and accurate content handling will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, Sterilization techniques, and Quality Control processes to ensure high restoration standards.
  • Experience in providing Training and sharing expertise with others to enhance team performance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in restoring specialized and general contents.
  • Flexible and adaptable to both in-office and remote working environments.
  • Prior experience in contents restoration, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
