Vaughan ON LJ W, Canada Speech Hub Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Speech Hub is growing We are currently hiring a passionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team and provide in-home, daycare/school based therapy and virtual therapy services across the Greater Toronto Area.

Compensation:

  • $40 per 45-minute session
  • $50 per 60-minute session

Workload:

  • Full-time therapists can expect to manage approximately 20 clients per week
  • Flexible scheduling with the option for part-time caseloads

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to children in their homes, daycares, or schools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
  • Invoice and charge clients after each therapy session

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized SLPA program or Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) program
  • Experience working with children is strongly preferred
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel across the GTA
  • Liability insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
