Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve business problems.
- Work with large datasets — cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model optimization.
- Deploy ML models into production environments using MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and services.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI).
- Maintain documentation and ensure model reproducibility, governance, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning model development, training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
- Experience in data pipelines, APIs, and version control (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: $86,118.72-$176,760.94 per year
