Job Description
The Paris Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to our dealers across Canada, and is an integral part of the Ford Motor Company organization.

Work Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

  • Respond to and resolve parts and service field inquiries from dealership and company representatives,
  • Provide cataloguing and technical assistance to dealership personnel as required
  • Assist supply and purchasing staff in the maintenance of parts records and in setup of service parts as necessary
  • Answer and respond to parts and customer service needs via telephone, fax and online systems
  • Other administrative support and projects as required

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
  • Interest in the automotive and/or material planning and logistics Industry
  • Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
  • Candidates must be available May to August 2026

Preferred Qualification:

  • Fully fluent in French & English
  • Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress
