We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Sales team

QVR is an established valve repair shop serving south-western Ontario, where Sales and Valve Techs work well together in a close-knit team. Responsibilities and goals are clearly defined, and we value open communication and teamwork. We aim to find the best candidate that fits our culture and wants to join our team

The primary role of this position is Sales lead generation, by managing existing customers and creating new ones. Responsibilities include:

  • managing new and exiting customer relationships: emails, calls, site visits
  • managing incoming sales inquiries and orders: quoting, orders, purchasing inputs
  • creating and managing prospect lists: turning leads into sales
  • actively generating new sales leads in south-western Ontario
  • undertaking marketing strategies

This position communicates regularly with the Sales Manager and Techs to ensure a strong team environment and productive information sharing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid foundation in inside and/or outside sales
  • Knowledge or background in industrial settings
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, and MS Office software
  • Ability to work as a team-player with solid communication skills

On-the-job technical training will be provided.

We run one shift, 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We offer on-the-job technical training, quarterly bonuses, full-time permanent positions (no layoffs), and a comprehensive no-cost benefits package.
